At Solace Psychiatric Wellness, we understand that reaching out for mental health support can feel vulnerable and sometimes overwhelming. Our hope is to create a calm, welcoming space where patients feel safe, cared for, and never judged as they take steps toward healing and emotional wellness.
I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner serving adults age 18 and older in northwest Indiana. I specialize in the treatment of mood disorders including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and related conditions, with a primary focus on personalized medication management.
I believe mental health care works best when patients feel truly listened to and involved in their treatment plan. Every individual’s story, experiences, and goals are unique, and care should reflect that. While talk therapy services are not offered directly through the practice, I strongly encourage a collaborative approach to treatment and am happy to help connect patients with trusted therapy resources when needed.
Most initial appointments are completed in person to allow time for thoughtful evaluation and connection, while many follow-up visits are offered through telehealth for flexibility and convenience.
Solace Psychiatric Wellness currently accepts self-pay patients, HSA payments, and major credit/debit cards. Insurance enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and additional commercial insurance plans is currently underway.
